By engaging Pires Electrical Solutions, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Quotations
All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Quotations are based upon the information provided by the customer. Additional work, materials or unforeseen circumstances may result in variations to the quoted amount.
Access to the property
Access to the property
Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the property to enable work to be completed.
Safety
All work will be carried out in accordance with applicable Australian standards, Queensland legislation and industry requirements.
Where existing installations are found to be unsafe, we reserve the right to suspend work until the issue has been rectified.
Variations
Any additional work requested after acceptance of a quotation may incur additional charges.
Payment terms
Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late payments may incur additional fees permitted by law.
Warranty
We warrant our workmanship in accordance with Australian consumer laws.
Manufacturer warranties remain subject to the terms and conditions of the respective manufacturer.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all necessary approvals, permissions and access requirements are obtained before work begins.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Pires Electrical Solutions will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights provided under Australian consumer law.
